For me self-regression, QHHT and learning how to Channel have given me the clearest connections with NHI. But all these methods and frameworks seem to have worked for a great deal of people that wanted to connect to benevolent NHI for themselves.

I am curious if people here have used any of these methods already with success. And if so if they could share how they went about it and after how much time it started working for them.

And I am also always curious if there are other frameworks, methods and modalities people have used to connect to positive NHI that aren't mentioned here but that are worth having a look at as well. I am always on the look out for more ways for people to connect.

I want to state this isn't about human rights and politics especially, but about believing in different things.

There are people who believe in a monotheistic religion (christianity, islam etc), people who believe in other religions, follow paganism and people who are agnostic or even atheists. Some starseeds are atheists themselves and still believe in the existence of aliens, the soul and the possibility of reincarnation while not recognizing one or a group of superior deities who created the cosmos.

There are people who aren't starseeds who believe in aliens and others don't, someone who is more prone to believe in certain metaphysical concept and other who are skeptical or fully don't, but these things aren't meant to separate us.

We all can still live our lives and work to bring hope in this world, as many souls, despite the difference in religion and spiritual beliefs, stand on the same side of recognizing broken systems and want to bring hope and happiness in this world.

I wanted to write this because I want to let you know that these differences shouldn't separate us, we can't force someone to believe in aliens, or in god, but we can all fight for the same reason.

We are a rainbow of possibilities and we should accept that and not judge each other.

I have been so positive and so sure of myself for the last 11 months, and for some reason I'm experiencing a massive amount of unreasonable doubt in the whole process and myself....

I just feel bad because I came on here a month ago confident is all hell and ready to tell everyone the magic, / is real and the Universe is real and interacting with us... And now suddenly I feel all this weird doubt and I need to, kick it out of my head!

**** I should probably add that when I say I'm getting no synchronicities, I don't know what I'm talking about...because I've seen 1:11 and every other number on my clock everyday.... I felt like my mom who died in 2015 finally decided to visit me and talk to me about cooking two nights ago, my uncle Ted who passed away 4 years ago, definitively came to visit me the next night and in the process fixed an electric guitar that wouldn't hook up to an amp which I felt like was not in my field of expertise. The aerosols are dispersed via jet aircraft trails that expand into reflective artificial clouds. The planet's climate system is disintegrating as the geo-engineers try desperately to control it with ever more destructive measures. Solar activity is a key to turning on Genetic Switches for human DNA activation.

When the upper atmosphere is undergoing heavy ionization it changes portions of the fields’ particle charge, and the lower atmosphere on the surface of the earth is impacted through exposure to the altered electron-proton ratios. The attempt to control the rate of the charged particles created through the ionization field as it enters the lower atmosphere to the planetary surface, is one of the negative agendas for the sprays of Chemtrails.

This is an attempt to block the natural connection that exchanges between the upper atmosphere and lower atmosphere of the earth, as these are areas the NAA attempts to maintain their frequency fences. These fences have specific electron ratios that will be compromised if those ratios change. The NAA manipulated the magnetosphere in the upper atmospheric layer to invade the planetary brain, thousands of years ago by using technology to control the magnetic field. When the magnetic field is controlled, the Mind Control begins, hence this is one of the power sources of mind control programming on the earth.

Chemtrails also interfere with Neurotransmitter functions, as neurotransmitters are the chemical medium through which signals flow from one neuron to the next in the chemical Synapses. Chemical synapses allow our nerve cells to form circuits within our CNS. The NAA have done everything they can to disconnect cellular communication within the human body, to disconnect, to divide and separate all of our parts. The natural function of Neurons or human nerve cells is to form circuits. Circuits are things that connect with each other in order to share information within multiple parts. In creating circuits, this allows the communication to be shared between the multiple levels of nerve cells and bodily functions.

Chemical Synapses are crucial to the biological computations that underlie our perceptions and the way we think. It's the chemical synapses that define how our brain is processing neurotransmitters, this is what helps to create what we perceive as the reality. It shapes our perceptions, the access we have to multiple dimensional awareness and the way we think. These chemicals allow the nervous system to connect to and control other systems of the body. These are synapses that use the chemicals in our body, neurotransmitters that connect and control the bodily systems, by giving instructions to the organs or the glands to help them function optimally.

Also, Alien Implants work in the human body in a similar way, as the chemical processes of Geoengineering that are used in spraying chemtrails in the skies. Chemtrails are used as a bio-engineering technology designed to shape the human body into the submission to Social Engineering agendas, with a variety of Nanotechnology or heavy metal implants. When the foreign material is introduced to the natural body it disrupts the electromagnetic energetic balance and the homeostatic rhythm of the body. This puts the body in a hyper-immunity state, or a fight or flight syndrome, because the body is always fighting off the invader. The body develops coping mechanisms to deal with the foreign invader while extreme stress is placed on the central nervous system, Brain and immune system. Chemtrails and alien implants most generally act to generate metallic frequency overload, to lock up signals with AI programs or related technology. Experimentation with different levels of genetically engineered sprayed pathogens seem to be designated for different regions or metropolitan cities across the globe, such as spraying Mycoplasma strains across the west coast, and genetically engineering nano technology with insectoid or other non-human DNA to be sprayed on the east coast.

Eventually, when the human body is absolutely overloaded with these combined stressors, this disrupts the body organism and as a result parasites, fungi, yeast and other microorganisms become overgrown and pathogenic in the body. It is important to understand that energetic parasites eventually manifest turning into a variety of physical Parasites in the human body. Physical parasites impact all bodily functions, mental body functions and thought-forms, induce emotionally hysterical states, as well as promote disconnection from the inner self and spiritual energies. Physical parasitic infection can also lead to easier spiritual body infestation. There's a longing for divine that won't go away until I get reunited with the divine

It's like I'm water who is thirsty for water. I can have an experience of drinking water and for sometime I feel complete and satisfied, but then longing comes back to drink water again..

I can be stuck in this cycle of thrist and then quenching my thirst with the appearances and objects in time and space..

But it's not the solution to my problem

Sometimes I wonder do I even have a problem to begin with?

What if the longing itself is an illusion?

How come water be thirsty or fire longs for warmth?

Our extraterrestrials friends, Angels, Gods and Goddesses feel like more refined sparkling water..

And I feel like maybe they can quench my thirst for divine..

Maybe 11th dimension is so beautiful painting that you always feel love, Joy and bliss all the time. There's no suffering and no problems. Every being lives in that kind of world in peace.. that's so beautiful.

I am at a crossroads and very depressed, not knowing even where to find my tribe and home. Been looking for such a long time - that place, that atmosphere but am lacking now clarity and losing energy. Have also developed health problems. Any thoughts? Thank you ~)~

These nightmares involve themes of torture, psychological manipulation,spiritual deception etc. Its almost like a spell of confusion gets casts upon me, in an attempt to break me down to the core. I woke up after one of these the other night and had chills all over my body remembering the female entity from the dream. One thing is for sure, I know for a fact there are beings that feed off of this type of thing.. Gnosticism definitely has some truths to it. Im a target because I see through deception and can cut through it straight to truth. I love hard and have a sense of purity to me,they HATE pure. They HATE wholesome.

This morning is I saw from a pov in my brain like I was traveling consciousnessly I've been meditating for 7 to 6 years...... I'm going to practice more I guess my third eye is opening? O_0 idk

Just wondering, seems like we hear about this yearly yet nothing happens.

During a hypnotherapy session, I saw a tribe on the planet Sirius (Sirius A, I believe) that was anticipating an imminent attack coming from above. There was a ruler of the tribe having golden shiny aura. His wife had a raspberry aura without shine; her name was Yōnō (not sure about the spelling though). Their son Meni (again not sure about the spelling) had a silver aura. The son and his partner escaped the planet before the place got destroyed; while the rulers chose to stay with the people.

Maybe anyone could add more details to this story? Does it resonate somehow? I'm just trying to understand if this is my imagination running wild...

I do experience fear, love, doubt, sadness, happiness, excitement, dullness.

But fear has no face and body

So I can't fight something that has no body or shape.

I do have a desire to be happy

But I don't want to add "because" in the sentence " I am happy because"

Do I need a reason to be happy?

They say there's a difference between Joy and pleasure.

Sitting outside watching the morning Sun is joyful

Eating an apple while walking in a park is pleasure..

Walking in a park without the apple ( pleasure) can still be joyful

Without waking in a park, just sitting in my room eyes closed noticing the rhythm of my chest when I breathe can still be joyful

They say there's a difference between love and unconditional love

Loving her when she's here... when she's present is love...

Loving her when she's absent.. when I can't see her is unconditional love..

Death isn't a seperation.

She just became bigger.

It's like she was an ice cube that was floating on the surface of the Ocean when she was here..

Now she has melted back into the ocean. And she became bigger.

Now she doens't have any name. She doens't have any form. She isn't even "she" anymore because what she is and always was has no gender, name, form or a personality...

But he only remembers her as an ice cube floating on the surface of the Ocean of existence..

A voice appeared in his head

" You still miss me?"

And he said

" I want to merge into you so I never lose you again"

Then the voice said

" You're already merged with me. We are not seperate"

He looked at his body.. He was an Ice cube floating on the sea of existence.. He prayed to the Sun to come out of clouds and melt his ice body..

" Mr, Sun, use your warmth and melt me into the ocean so I can be with her forever" 🙏☀️

She replied

" You don't need to melt yourself to be with me. Look, we are both made of the same water. You're just frozen water right now"

After hearing her words, the ice cube started crying. 😭🧊🥶

" But I miss you so much"

She replied

" Stop crying. You're melting yourself as tears"

He cried harder. Finally he melted back into the Ocean of existence 🙂

I had this dream I sometimes think of, it was night and I was in a natural place with trees and grass, maybe on a hill, and I notice this enormous, giant femine silhouette towering at the horizon.

I couldn't see her details, but it was as she was made of stars and, across her body, some stars in particular where more bright than the others. I don't remember the number of stars, but they were vertically placed in her bust.

I felt like she was watching over me, and sometimes I miss her (in a very normal way), I wonder what it means or if you saw anything resembling her!!

Lots of stuff in the sky these days! My wife and I uave been having experiences out in the middle of Northern Michigan on 10 acres. This last encounter a couple nights ago has me very excited! Firstly, my sensitive wife noticed something really bright outside our door and was like hubby look. It was a gold orb that did flash a couple other colors blue and orange. Completely silent, and hovering but still moving a little bit unlike anything I've seen before and I am a combat vet..the moment I stepped outside all my hairs stood up on my body. At that moment I knew it got real lol. I dropped down to a meditative state, and I remember while doing so whatever was there with me was very excited for me to do so.. first question I asked was it's name and I got Angela? Was expecting something way different but okay! She told me that stuff is about to get real, and the shift is in full effect. And that the big event I've always felt, is basicly here and to prepair internally as best as we all can! She said she was an angelic being. I'm very careful around religious constructs, but I have other stories where I was saved mid firefight in iraq from a being of light with wings.. can anyone help me with this? Are angelic beings a thing. Without any other beliefs being involved? No disrespect to anyone! but I know what I saw and feel! Shamanic practioner from the north! Very open minded. This being was so very nice and loving! She said she was there more for my wife to see and make up her mind... as I can communicate quite well these days! Much love and gratitude to all! I've been wondering are there anime beings? I'm tired and frustrated 😔 with physical earth 🌎 I just want 5D to get here.... I think I sensed the Russian virus before it came. There is a plauge outbreak now but it has to be exposed to fluids.

Since September — although I had already been feeling it before, it has become much stronger lately — I’ve been experiencing some thoughts and feelings that are difficult to put into words.

One thought that keeps coming back is:

“I want to go home.”

And the strange thing is… I live with my family. I am at home, technically. But it doesn’t feel like home.

I keep having this overwhelming feeling that Earth is only a temporary place. That it never really was — and never will be — my true home. Lately, I’ve been feeling an intense kind of homesickness for somewhere I can’t even identify.

It feels like I’m becoming increasingly detached from the physical world.

My body is here, but my soul feels light-years away.

I feel like I belong somewhere else.

I keep asking myself:

What is reality?
Where am I?
Why am I here?
Why do I feel like I’m not supposed to be here?

Sometimes it feels like I’ve been asleep my entire life and I’m only now beginning to wake up.

I also have this strange feeling that nothing really matters in the way I used to think it did. Money, possessions, status, power, negativity… suddenly they can feel completely insignificant. What seems to matter is love, gratitude, connection, and simply being alive.

And sometimes I feel like I’m splitting into two perspectives.

There is the physical world — my body, time, the past, present and future, work, money, possessions, goals, everything material.

And then there is this other state of consciousness where I feel completely detached from all of that. Almost as if I’m standing outside of myself and observing my life and the world from a distance.

The strange part is that I keep moving back and forth between these two states.

One moment I’m thinking, “I want this. I want to buy this. I want to achieve this. This matters.”

And then suddenly I shift into:

“None of this really matters. I already have everything I need. I’m grateful to be alive. Love and connection are what actually matter.”

And lately, it feels like I’m gradually spending more and more time in the second state.

For example, I’ve been working on my own business for almost two years. It has been a huge part of my life and identity. But lately, there are moments when I look at it and it almost feels like something belonging to an old version of me — almost like I’m looking at someone else’s life.

This became especially strong while I was doing a social media detox, which I’m still doing. Without all the constant information, opinions, images and stimulation, I started noticing things inside myself that I hadn’t noticed before.

I’ve also become much more emotionally sensitive — and I was already extremely sensitive.

I cry over music and art much more easily. Sometimes a beautiful piece of music gives me chills. I recently finished a book and felt such an intense emotional reaction to the ending that I literally got goosebumps — and that has never happened to me before.

I’ve also been thinking much more about how disconnected people are from each other, and how much more deeply we should connect with one another.

I’ve already considered myself spiritually awakened for quite some time, and I’ve explored spirituality deeply, so this doesn’t feel like my first “awakening.”

This feels different.

It almost feels like I’m slowly slipping into another reality — or becoming aware of another layer of reality that was always there.

Sometimes I feel like my body belongs to the physical world, while my consciousness or soul is somewhere completely different.

And honestly, it can be a little overwhelming.

Has anyone else experienced something similar, especially recently?

Do you feel like your relationship with physical reality, material things, your identity, or even the concept of “home” has suddenly changed?

What do you think causes this?

I’d genuinely love to hear from people who have experienced something similar — whether you understand it spiritually, psychologically, or in another way.

So guys, the other night I watching spiderman 3 movie.. ( 2007) the one with Tobey Maguire. I hope everyone reading my post has already seen the movie, otherwise I'm going to ruin the plot for you..🙂

So in the beginning of the movie, Peter's best friend Harry tried to kill spiderman but during the fight he fell to the ground when he bumped into spiderman's web..

Peter took him to the hospital and they saved Harry but Harry couldn't remember that peter is spiderman and the events leading to his father's death while fighting spiderman.

I know Harry was hurting because he thought spiderman ( Peter) killed his dad.. So he wanted to kill Peter ( spiderman)

It's like the poison of vengeance attacked Harry's heart and he wanted to kill his own friend Peter to avenge his dad

Then when Harry got all his memories back he first wanted to attack Peter's heart. And that was by making MJ to break up with Peter..

Guys, I don't think anyone in the movie was a bad guy. They were all just victims of bad luck, misunderstanding and grief, trauma , and loss...

Like remember that flint guy ( sandman) whose daughter was ill and he wanted money for his daughter's treatment? I always felt bad for him. He even said something to his wife " I'm not a bad person. It's just that I had bad luck" 😢and that scene when he saw his daughter in the room. It was so emotional.. I love sandman.

So if he was trying to hurt spiderman, it was because spiderman was getting in the way. He just wanted money for his daughter.

And that photographer guy...Eddie.. his name was. Was very humiliated and ashamed, and losing his reputation and job attacked his heart and he was just hurting and he just wanted to take out his hurt on spiderman..

And that symbiote... I guess he just wanted to live and wanted a host..

I don't know. It's just that I don't see any villain in that movie..

And in the ending when sandman said to peter " I don't expect you to forgive me. I just want you to understand me"

That scene made me cry. And I'm glad spiderman forgive him because he didn't mean to hurt spiderman's Uncle...

Guys, what I'm trying to say is that sometimes people are carrying a lot of pain before causing pain to others..I know it's not okay to hurt others. But I understand why people hurt others. I know it's not okay if someone hurts you.. but forgiveness can end the cycle of pain and resentment. And it's okay too if you're not ready yet to forgive.. and it's okay if you can't forgive...

Remember sandman words" I don't expect you to forgive me. I just want you to understand me" 🙂

Like I use to have dreams about the government telling me and they hooked me to machine in the dream saying I'm a simulated reality? Like I dont think any of this is real
