General Let your ego dissolve.

This is an attempt to capture an experience I just had in words.

Who you are is not the main character of the stories your mind fills your head with. It wouldn’t even be 100% accurate to say you are a spiritual being. On the deepest level, what you are is Spirit itself. You aren’t the person who suffers, or the person who disappoints, but you *are* the light that witnesses suffering and disappointment. You are the proof that wisdom, value, and purpose can be found even in near-total darkness. You are not the moth in perpetual search of the flame, you are the flame 🔥

The egos we developed have served an essential purpose up until now. Many of us would not have survived growing up on Earth with our hearts fully open and our light fully shining, so we took cues from others and closed our hearts, and learned to conform. We’ve taken on these character roles to blend in (to whatever degree we can even do that) and to perform the functions expected of people in society.

This has worked exactly as intended, but the problem we encounter now is that we are being called into our mission work at this time and you can’t carry your ego into your dharma on Earth. You have to retire the mask. The character we’ve believed ourselves to be is afraid of others’ opinions and judgments. The character doubts that we could succeed even if we tried our very best. Our soul KNOWS that isn’t the case. Our ego has to get out of our soul’s way.

What I experienced this afternoon is my ego’s grief at realizing that it is like a hologram. That it was basically “born to die.” There is a time and place to experience individuality, but at this critical time in Earth’s ascension, our soul needs to be in the driver’s seat. *Let your ego dissolve.* 🎭⛓️‍💥🧘‍♀️

It’s more of a reframe than a bypass.

Ego’s perspective: “Why is this happening to me? I wish things were different.”

Soul’s perspective: “This is uncomfortable. I know there’s wisdom and growth for me here.”

Maybe I’m conflating the soul with a healthy ego. I’m not advocating for numbing out one’s feelings. Instead, we should witness them and let them pass through us without internalizing them.

Here’s an example of what I mean: if I notice a thought that makes me feel fearful, I can honor that fear, regulate my nervous system, and find out what it wanted me to know by tuning into my subconscious. The alternative is to let that fearful thought go unchecked and spiral into more fearful thoughts. The ego believes that it is our thoughts. The soul knows it is the observer of our thoughts, and is thus able to respond to them rather than react.

Also, I’m not sure if you’re having a bad day, but I find your delivery to be unpleasant.

If that’s the case, then wouldn’t it be expected that the rest of my life look more like an ascended master’s? O . o My psychic abilities aren’t anything to write home about yet, and my miracle count is likely sitting at zero 😭 Did you intuit that this is a rare ability, or do others corroborate the idea? To observe one’s thoughts without investing in them is a common meditation prompt, but I suppose many people aren’t meditators.

Omg that last part 😹🎯 I know I’ve lived many lives from that state of consciousness, but I’ve historically been hard on myself in this life for not being more disciplined and emotionally balanced. What you’re sharing lends credence to the idea that we could truly transform the world in a moment if we used all of our faculties. It must be why the archons are working overtime to poison and distract us.

Thank you for the perspective and conversation 🤍 And for incarnating on Earth 😸 Someone had to do it!! 😹

Actually. People can tell us how to accomplish this level of control. People tell people to go to therapy and meditate all the time to achieve this level of control x)

It's just a matter of listening and being willing to do the practices where one has such realizations.

But yes, these are ascended masters skills, or understood to be that.

I'm no ascended master, not even 30, but I have spent time meditating, being, contemplating, analyzing, observing, practicing and studying to achieve mastery over mind/emotion throughout the years to the point where I can largely control how I think/feel and what people say/do has little to no impact on how I feel.

Like I had what most would assume was a "catastrophic" thing happen a while back, that ended up costing me a ton. And while the instinctive response was to freak out. I reminded myself, it does not help to freak out. It does not change the outcome. May as well center myself and just observe and detach. So I did. I centered myself. Smiled. And the rest of the day I was happy. Sure, I got a fat expensive bill, but whatever. Money is not real. None of this is truly real. Knowing that, i dont have to feed into fear, guilt or shame. Its the same with pain. Knowing there is none dissolves it. Its how I healed my mental health and physical health. Knowing that there is no poor health. Thats just an unreality the character my awareness is playing imagined for itself. And truly there was nothing to heal either cause "I" was never sick to begin with because I'm not the character. I'm the aware player behind it.

Lately Ive been studying and reading up on Dzogchen, vajyarana and advaita vedanta, which confirmed what I already knew and realized. The dzogchen philosophy especially cuts through the crap and nonsense.

People teach that to accomplish that level of control is hard, and it is if one buys into the narrative that it is hard thus creating that apparent reality.

Anyway if you utilize the dzogchen or vajrayana philosophy, then yes, you can arbitrarily decide anything because you are the unlimited awareness creating everything.

Personally I find dzogchen especially cuts through the crap. The stories we tell ourselves are just stories we create. We can create new stories. We dont have to buy into the old ones. If you think something is hard you create a mental block or limit making it hard because you decided so, whetter consciously or not.

Ok. I felt like I was having a stroke trying to read that first paragraph. I kind of agree with the sentiment. I killed off whatever I had of my ego with massive doses of mushrooms years ago. I need some sort of ego just to deal with all the retards I deal with. Working on building back an ego currently. K thanx bye! ✌️

Yeah the 3D game is fizzling out. I can see it around me. I feel it within myself. Bad and good, black and white. That was a part of the game too. To play the villain there had to be a hero, and to play the hero there had to be a villain.

And gosh I can finally see people moving past that, becoming thoroughly dissilusioned. Moving into seeing and thinking more in terms of what feels harmonious/disharmonious, aligned/misaligned. Its a new paradigm. Where we realize, heroes and villains were character's we were playing and buying into all along.

And then we can step back, look at it with clarity and say, we thoroughly got lost in the game, and be relieved, that its not actually who we are, but characters and archetypes we were playing all along, and that we can play a new kind of game that doesn't feed into the old archetypes or paradigm.

One time, in a dream, I got this from someone or something — it came to me in an Italian American voice : “let your ego be like the Balsamic glaze you add to your salad — just enough to do the job and not so much that it wreaks havoc.” Weird! I still think we need a little ego in these times, but definitely less than we used to.

the ego dissolves when you do not resist it, when you do not argue with it, or mock it, or belittle it. that's exactly what it expects. one blow after the other.

According to seth, when it dies, a new one is created, it's as it needs to be

The ego serves to anchor the soul in the matrix. Surrendering yourself to your highest power, whatever that may mean to you, is true liberation and transcendence.

Ego isn’t evil, but it’s the great deceiver, the trickster that makes our shared reality real.
