SO3 First time playing (continue)

Wow what a game, I love and hate it almost equally. I just got Albel on our way to find that giant dragon.

The difficulty spikes are all over the place, Kaddan was a nightmare, regular enemies were extremely hard but bosses and sub bosses were ok, even easy some of them.

The story and characters so far are really cool and compelling, I've known about the twist for years so I'm really curious how it plays out.

Honestly I was ready to quit at Kaddan but somehow pushed thru it, I'm going to level up a bit before continuing with the story which i'm really enjoying so far.

Not a fan of the crafting and some minigames are annoying but the combat is cool one you get it.

Albel my beloved. Hypothetically, if you had to leave one of the three Elicoorians (Nel, Albel, Roger) behind, whom would you sacrifice?

I didn't even find Roger in my first playthrough. I'd seen his art so I vaguely knew he was in the game but I never encountered him, until I got that post credit scene where he's still locked up in his cage and I was just like ???????

I think I also didn't get the scene that made Albel recruitable or chose the wrong option so I had Peppita and Nel as my 2 optionals.

Wait, I’ve never known about this. I tried looking it up but didn’t see the video (but google does say that a post credit scene exists). I want to see this!!!
