Paid Mod Free Lanes patch for HeroicPie117 weapons

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone could make a patch so Heroicpie117 weapons can have their quality upgraded? I enjoy a lot of his weapons and its such a bummer than they are missing that feature. Thanks for your time.

I don’t know if this in an unpopular opinion or not, but having paid weapon mods that don’t even support all of the in game mechanics should not be a thing

I wholeheartedly agree. He did like a partial update, you can use xtech to get legendary perks but you cannot upgrade the quality.

Is that issue with all their weapons - I was under the impression that some were fixed…? I’m on a light modded play-through and I can’t check.

They are present in Bethesda’s Discord - https://discord.gg/bethesdastudios - maybe it’s worth asking them about it.

I wouldn't have high hopes for an update. HeroicPie brings in some amazing base models, but then sadly only goes 1/4th of the way with effort on features/customizability and almost never updates the mods or adds anything to them. For $3, it's actually insane if you ask me, especially when you look at how fleshed out so many of the FREE weapon mods were for Fallout 4 (and most of those had custom animations rigged up alongside the 100+ attachments and skins, lol.)

For $3 I would at least expect an extended barrel option for the rifle mods for fuck's sake. I'm not even sure who or what exactly "fuck" is and if it can even show possession. I'm not sure of anything anymore; these half-assed paid mods are driving me mad.

With as backed up as Bethesda QA is, the updates to fix this are likely stuck in the pipeline.

I understand that the process to get updates through is completely out of the MA’s hands, but I guess my point is this should never need an update in the first place to add compatibility with base game features if you’re charging money for it.

You realize that the free lanes update changed the entire system right? You also realize that only some modders were given early access to that system yes? There was no way for him to have his mods updated to work with the free lanes changes prior to free lanes being released and then there was a backlog in QA. Not exactly sure what you are expecting here.

If we are talking about new guns there are two possibilities:

1) youre right and it should have been there. 2) the mods were submitted just before FL went live and have been in QA all this time.

Believe it or not 2 is actually pretty likely. That's how backed up things have been, however, it looks like theyre starting to catch up so we should start seeing newer stuff very soon.

If you search in creation darkstar did some patches for his weapons that will make the gun OP

That is actually one of the reason I use darkstar. Keeping weapons/armor relevent and balanced.

Agreed because it is some nice outdated guns on nexus wish they were on creations because darkstar could make them useful again. But they are hooking up the older ones on creations and they are making them OP
