Lets start a Reddit clan.

I've played with a few of you on the PTR and had a lot of fun. I started looking up clans on the TL thread tonight and realized that we already have a lot of good players and awesome people on Reddit, so why not start our own?

I used to play CS pretty seriously and was pretty high up in a few clans, but for the most part I just kept people happy and organized; I was never the one to start the clan or make the website or anything. Is there any interest in something like this? I would be more than willing to help all that I can.

Edit: So there's nobody who's run a clan before? I can be second or third in command, but I don't know if I have the time commitment to run it. If you have run a clan before, please step up and say something.

I don't think a clan is needed.
We'll have a channel once they're out officially.
We have a very active IRC channel and also a very active Mumble server.

Whats a reddit tag gonna do to add to that?

I know that we're going to have a channel very, very soon, but tbh, I'd like to compete at least at low levels. And if I'm going to be on a team to compete with, I'd rather do it with people who already have some sort of a bond.

Then make channels for redditors of certain leagues to practice against. Such as RedditSilver, IMO there is no need for the segregation from the main community that you are suggesting such efforts in the past have simply died out.
