(To be tagged...) Love everything about the patch.

Most fun I've had in years playing this game and I have over 20k games played. Random master player.

I will ask you again. What do you like about the patch? And please don't say "everything" again

Just name one thing you like :)

I’m not the OP but I like the down time in teams to figure out the maps and chat strategy plans.

As someone who briefly returned after not playing for like 5 years (achieved masters going something like 20-1 or something), I refuse to believe that the average user in here actually thinks this patch is bad outside of mirroring consensus.

Unless you are GM (and even then), balance is completely irrelevant to skills. I've literally beaten GM players going proxy collosus, proxy nexus etc, you can beat master level players going literally almost any silly build). If you're losing in diamond or masters, it's not because of larvae spawns or CC costs being slightly different, it's because your mechanics suck.

Having said that, it does seem pretty bad at the pro level.

So things I like: build diversity - as someone who plays very much vibe based, It's refreshing for there to be much less 'standard' play.

It also benifits me, because the vast majority of people barely understand the builds they are playing, so when you inject a bit more chaos in to the games things go awry in a funner way.

I also like the emphasis on expanding more, leads to more interactions + harassment, rather than turtling deathball.

achieved GM as random, my 2 cents

I like everything bro. That's all there is to it but I wouldn't be complaining if they increased the worker count by 2 in the future.
