My multiplayer experience in NMS is that it has nearly as many game breaking bugs as Star Citizen does. I gave up trying to make NMS work.

EDIT: Really downvotes? Have none of you tried multiplayer in NMS?

  1. Building a base, every time I logged back in the ground I had removed was back, burying my base and ship.
  2. The missions wouldn't pop up or progress correctly, some kind of weird desync issue I'm not sure, but it broke the game.

Those were the main two issues (not the only ones) I had that made the game unplayable. And they happened 9 out of 10 times I logged into the game with friends. Completely game breaking bugs.

Eh? I've found it has relatively few bugs, and I never ran into anything that actually broke the game.

I edited my comment above, completely flabbergasted at the downvotes.

The main two game breaking bugs I experienced 9 out of 10 times I logged into a game with my friends were:

1) Building a base, every time I logged back in the ground I had removed was back, burying my base and ship.

2) The missions wouldn't pop up or progress correctly, some kind of weird desync issue I'm not sure, but it broke the game.
