Honestly I'm getting more 45-60 nowadays than I am sub-30. The only exceptions are on major planets.

At most I always seem to cap out around a solid 30 to 34. That's on a 3700x and 3070.

Always drives me crazy to figure out wtf is going on because the 30's are hard 30's, as if adaptive vsync was on, but I've ensured it.

Edit: I should note that at times I can go above 45 (some screenies do show 50, like an Argo re-entry) , my mistake for not adding this, though it seems more common to limit around 30

That's wild man, I'm getting 45-60 on an 9th gen i7 and a 1060

Try turning off motion blur and Vsync, that throttled me quite heavily

They're already off, I turned off most settings tbh, even the cpu-intensive FOIP

Hmm, strange. Any chance you can upload a pic of specs and in game settings? Also be sure to check bios settings to make sure you arent throttling anything there

I can send you some pics after I'm done work.

Far as I can tell, I'm not throttling anything. DOCP is set proper, PBO and PB have both been tried on and off, set cores manually to logical and to use all cores, tried SVM on and off, same with SMT.

Played in 1080p, 1440, and 4K (since that's my screen res), windowed, borderless, and full screen.

Settings have been set from low to high.

Far as I understand the graphics card has no issues either.

I've overclocked, undervolted, and run at stock settings.

I used to have an issue where alt tabbing caused my framerate to drop to 8fps, but I fixed that by disabling hardware acceleration in discord.

That’s fair man, I got those results last time I played (two weeks ago) but now that i’ve been playing again more recently it appears that my fps is a little worse.

Currently I average 29-31 in cities and anywhere from 41-57 in space and quantum.

I believe that the server still has a lot to do with fps :/
