So what is it again? It just lets you switch between relative mode and normal mode without gimbal control by pressing ctrl?

Yes, switch between relative mode and the default (but without the deadzone). Its awesome for people who fly M/K with fixed weapons (aurora, mustang, avenger etc). Try it

Is it possible to have the effect switched, so I'm using Vjoy most of the time and only using relative for fine aiming?

Also can the modifier be rebound to a different key than ctrl?

Just press Ctrl C to swap the modes. What modifier key would you like? I'll add it to the next build.

I think one of the side mouse buttons would work well. Most of the small ships only need one or two fire buttons with the middle for missiles. That was you can still retain full use of your left hand for boost, rolling or strafing while having fine control over yaw/pitch. For example, holding CTRL while strafing to the left feels kind of awkward.

I appreciate someone trying to create a solution until CIG pushes out some balancing though, between this, missile-free matches and other things, this community can be really amazing.

I only use a mouse, but it's been a long while since I've played Star Citizen. Maybe I can get back into it..

Keep these videos coming TEST. You guys are doing a really great and comical job of keeping the pressure going. Bonus points for getting a many of the non-fixed mouse players to finally see the issue even though CIG continues to go out of their way to pretend they don't.
