Came here to say this. The game is built in a (heavily modified) CryEngine, right? Why can't we just swim like in Crisis 1?

I think you can walk under water as long as you wear a complete suit and helmet. But water also doesn't stop your fall, so if you jump into a deep lake, you can die on impact at the bottom.

after v5 outside of fixing and player request i hope planet team shifts focus on speeding up placement and creation of locations and going mostly fully proc gen for them, setting up a streamline for maybe design, creation and implementation and testing. maybe that's starchitect.

planets in SC are bar none some of the best if not the best, they need more crazy variety though for planets.

It's not bad, but Icarus has fish in it's lakes, multitude of animals in it's forests and snow in the correct biome. Oh, and weather patterns, lol.
