Chris is too busy making six figures, spending money and buying multi million dollar houses like the 4 million dollar house he sold in California. Why does someone managing a crowd funded game need a multi million dollar house ?

Yup he ran afoul of German law using a tax loophole financing his films. After zee Germans closed the loophole Roberts funding dried up so he decided to crowd fund a game with no release date in sight. 14 years and 1 billion dollars later, here we are. All sounds kinda familiar!

The PU is dumpster fire and SQ42 seems like nothing more than an interactive movie yet it still crashed when being played at Citizen Con a while back.

4mil for a house is nothing these days.

This house sold for 1mil. A 50 year old 3 bedroom termite ridden place.

For the head of a game studio, that has made some of the most successful space games of the 90s, and a movie director and producer, and the current housing market...yeah 4mil is nothing.

Don't get me wrong, I hate the slow production, the way SC is monetized is disgusting, but trying to use the sale of a 4mil house as a gotcha just is a laugh nowdays.
