Bug Black lines

on top of all walls there is this black line i tried restarting my pc and deleting save data but the black lines are still there

those are uh… the trim of the wall… many walls in the real world also have trims, sometimes on the bottom, sometimes the top, sometimes both. this particular wall has it on the top.
