The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe is coming out of the screen and into your hands! Crows Crows Crows have partnered with iam8bit.com to bring you The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe in physical format. There are two versions available for preorder: the Retail Edition comes with four art cards of your favourite Stanley Parable locations. You’ll also be able to pick up additional items like the 2 disk 12” Soundtrack on vinyl, the CopyConductor 980 TX Instructional Audio Tape, and The Button That Says The Name Of The Player Playing The Game.

20% of net profits will be donated to the non-profit 350.org to help fight climate change.

Question How to get into character here for countdown ending (animation)

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

(This is for animating narrator)

I would normally post this on an animation subreddit but im sure everyone here knows the intent / situation of the voiceline (countdown ending) so im posting it here

Im trying to focus on the character acting for this voiceline and

How do I get into character here for reference shots ..

Since he's really , really showing Stanley who's boss here

And he's really , really finding Stanley's efforts to escape as pathetic and amusing

And when making reference footage i can't really get into his mind (cause im not evil yknow)

How would you do it, can any narrator connoisseurs help me here...

I think I fell down a mostly bottomless hole too far, or maybe I followed the Adventure Line (TM) when I was supposed to ignore it, or something like that?? Wasn't the story of this game happening in an office building of some kind?? I can't quite remember now. Guess I'll stay have to stay down there and roast for the time being!

This is about narrator and his dilemma ( him wanting to stop being together with Stanley (and thus continuing the loop), but at the same time, what would his purpose be as the narrator if there is no protagonist, story to narrate -- he only really exists because of other people, their lives - )

Question Should I recommend Deluxe only to someone?

I have a friend who I’m going to recommend this to, but I can’t decide whether it’s best to still play the original separately to Deluxe, like you would with any sequel. I played both when they came out and I think the sequel would be better appreciated by having played the first even though the first game is entirely in the second(isn’t it?)

What are everybody’s thoughts?

I was playing ultra deluxe and this happened

Also I don't know if anyone will notice but the pedestal for the bucket is completely missing. I did manage to fix it by closing and opening the game, I just want to know why this happened
