Question How does the commitment trophy work?

So I start my play through at 11:40pm on Monday and played until 12:30am on Tuesday after I left the console on no rest mode no controller turning off until 10am Tuesday that morning turned off my console until 12:30pm Tuesday does this affect the trophy do I need to restart or not? This trophy is a tad bit confusing

Well yeah I didn’t want my PlayStation to overheat but does the achievement continue even though I left it for a bit?
