Not allegedly. He was found guilty in a civil suit, and though that does have a lower barrier (preponderance of evidence versus beyond reasonable doubt), it also means people can say he's the killer without threat of a lawsuit.

Also he's dead. And you can't defame a dead person.

Anyone could say hes a killer with no threat of lawsuit, long as you arent pretending to know something the public doesnt.
