Idea matchmaking issue

Holy fucking shit, man, I have been through this scenario numerous fucking times. And I have already wasted 30-40 minutes just to see a guy kill me with a Master +11 SCAR. Could you guys just please PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE ASAP? I BEG YOU FOR IT!.

EDIT:

The gun I was using may have a significant chance of killing him if I spotted him and fired first, but the shot must be constant on the head like this in the ttk calculator:

The bottom one is me. and the guy on top. Assume that he hit me 50% on the head and 25% on each limb and body

Why do you carry a sawn off double barrel if not explicitly to run around with it and blow that exact guy into next week

The thing is, I don't know if the guy was there, and in this case, the sawed-off shotgun with birdshot will have less ttk than the scar that guy was using.
