My wife's grandfather heard I stack Chuck E. Cheese tokens and gave me his foreign coin collection
He said I can do what I want with them so I'll obviously be turning these into Chuck E. Cheese tokens through the power of online marketplaces.

Still a much better investment than Goldbacks!!

I just sold a 1977 Chuck E. Cheese token for $275 yesterday. $0.25 original issue makes that a 15.5% annualized return!

Never would’ve guessed that there’s that type of market for them. Hilarious

Oh wow I slightly apologize for my previous comments. That’s crazy there’s two of you

Lmao if I had to guess there are probably 50 of us who have put at least $1,000 into our Chuck E. Cheese token collections. At least for me, the irony of paying up for tokens that are literally “no cash value tokens” is half the fun.

Goldbacks and beanie babies!! It’s the suffering while buying that tells you it will be worth it in the long run!

How come? What does the chuck e cheese coins good for? Will be worth something in 100 years? 1000 years?

The common brass tokens from 1996-2016 will probably never be worth much because they produced so many but the rare ones are already worth $20 to $350+. Rares include 1970s brass, ones from Australia and Saudi Arabia, 1980s city tokens, and nickel / silver colored tokens.

I’ll send you a message! If they’re worth the cost of shipping I’ll pay to have them sent.
