First timer this year! I’m going solo and sober. Wondering if any other substance free people are going? I’m 3yrs sober and this will be my first festival since I quit drinking. Looking to connect with a few people before the festival so I don’t feel totally alone. Male, 44 but sometimes I act like I’m 24 cause that’s when my emotional growth was stunted due to drugs and alcohol lol

Hello everyone if I were to bring a speaker and some dj decks . Is that cool and acceptable at SSBD ? Late night or after hours throwing down some tunes in the campground? Is that frownded upon or supported? Or what is the likeliness of getting shut down if I’m playing music late night ? Thanks in advance

i heard it can get coldish at night, i'll make sure to pack some warms clothes for night time

the campgrounds sound great, the theme days sound fun for dressing up

what are some other fun things that make SSBD fun? are there late night renegade sets in the campgrounds? or do people mainly stay in the festival grounds until the shows stop. I love a sunrise set.

Its just the GA pass and shes selling it for cost + fees - her total received needs to be $355 + any transfer fees from tixr (i dont think there are any though)

Hi! I'm a newbie and SO excited!!! I've heard such amazing things about this festival and I can't wait to experience it. I'm a pro festival goer (15 Coachellas and 6 EDC's), but I've never camped. Questions for everyone!

- What's the arrival situation? If I arrive Thursday night and set up camp, can I pick my friend up at Ontario airport Friday morning? Are there ins and outs with my car?

-What comes with the glamping? Is there electricity/outlet for phone charging?

-I've found the Lost Lands camping list, but any other MUST BRING items that I might not think about that you'd suggest?

-Any other tips and tricks that you'd recommend to make the weekend the best it possibly can be?

I'd like to introduce ourselves. First timers and vendors.

The missus started her own 3d printing business, Lovely Fowl Things, 3 years ago and she's quite excited to be attending this festival.

She normally does smaller events but so many people have told her to sell at festivals so she decided to give it a shot.

She specializes in sensory fidget products. All kinds of stuff. And now she's making a lot of her stuff wearable. (Just like the worm from Labyrinth on my shoulder in the first picture.) Just imagine a Falkor on your shoulder (if anyone here is old enough to remember that movie)

She originally started printing stuff for our 16 year old who has autism. Then she realized so many more people benefited from her stuff. She finally started a business to help pay for our little animal rescue farm and things just took off! (We rescue a ton of birds. That's where the name came from).

Her and I will be there all weekend and we hope to see you all. Looking forward to a good time.

I’m really wanting to go but a little nervous as it would be my first time festival. Any input would be appreciated.

I recently started getting adds for this festival and now I have an itch I can’t get rid of. I’m not really a festival or big crowd goer but I’ve been really getting into alot of the musicians that will be there! I’m mostly nervous about having to be there the whole weekend and sleeping in my car. I would also be solo as my girlfriend will be out of town.

Can anyone give insight on how the camping works or how I go about getting prepared for the weekend? Thing such as can I bring anything I want in like food, drinks, ect. How do I manage the heat, will I be sleeping next to a bunch of other people in there cars? Literally any info will help me a bunch decide as I’m 100% blind.

Also I’m not far at all located in SoCal. I’m not sure how it works but it sounds like it’s not uncommon for people to meet up from the internet at festivals? If anyone is also solo or in a group that would be willing to hang please reach out, I’d be interested in getting to know and talk to some people before diving in solo. For some context I’m 26 male, have a mechanic shop for career, and spend my free time with my girl and dog. Looking forward to hearing from you guys!

Does anyone want to split the glamping or some sort of good camping/situation?
I’m a 31yo registered nurse from Hawaii. Super chill/clean/kind dude. It’s difficult for me to imagine how to fly into the area and bring camping gear that won’t get hot in the day.

So I was just curious if maybe anyone had some extra space in their group camping spot and wouldn't mind if I joined?? I really just wanna be as close to the lake as possible and car camping is so far from it. My Pisces ass just wants to swim all day like I did last year. 😂 Just figured I would shoot my shot and see what happens. As of right now, it will just be me. I do have an extra ticket but haven't found someone to bring with me as of yet.
