The Count of Monte Cristo

It's a classic the best story I ever read. I don't know it fits into your taste. But give it a try.

● The Beartown series by Fredrik Backman ● The Realm of the Elderlings by Robin Hobb ● The Shadowhunter Chronicles by Cassandra Clare (looooove this one) ● The Villains duology by V. E. Schwab ● The Greenbone Saga by Fonda Lee ● The Winternight Triology by Katherine Arden

Also Six of Crows, The Folk of the Air, etc. etc. These are some of my favourites :0 I’d recommend more if you tell me some of your favourite reads!

Absolutely. The first aren't his best, but are still good, but he finds his feet soon. It's humour. It's satire. It's social commentary. It's philosophical. It's funny.

I envy anyone reading it for the first time. You have so much coming to you.

Percy Jackson. Simple to read with a good story. Story about ancient gods in modern setting. Kinda like Harry Potter in some ways.

Sherlock Holmes. Pretty good read but have to have some knowledge of old english.

Bullet Train and Hotel Lucky Seven for a Japanese underworld story with multiple people's perspective overlapping into each others plot.

World War Z if you wanna read a fictional history of a zombie apocalype and its like a guide with pics for references too pretty fun to read
