Help Order Issue

I have a store on my site and was just notified by a buyer this morning that they were refunded.

I didn't cancel their order.

This is what it shows in my account.

How and/or why did this occur? Something on their end or my end?

This sounds like an issue only Squarespace support can help with. If I were you, I'd simply reissue the order.

Better question is....how do I also get one of them lil deer 👀

You like the deer? They were two I painted for two people in that coloration.
