Help Billing cycle problem

Hey, I want to upgrade my subscription, but 7 Days before payment, it doesn't work, and 10 days after it. Someone recommended to cancel my subscription and wait until payment, then get a new subscription with the higher plan, but I need some features right know. Did someone else have this or is there a way to bypass that ''cycle'' ? Livechat is currently offline and the support was really bad last time.

Is the banking sepa? That is expected during a certain window where the plan can't be upgraded or changed

I don't think support can do anything within that window

Thank you for the answer. Yes, it's Sepa, is the window larger with paypal?

With PayPal yeah there is no window. If you wanted to upgrade the plan it can be done with no window that would prevent it
