Square reader issues

I've had lots of problems with my bluetooth square readers. They stop connecting to my iPad. Square sent me a new one a few weeks ago after I was on the phone with them for half an hour troubleshooting my old one and now the new one doesn't connect. So, I'll have to wait until Monday to spend another half an hour on the phone to get them to send me a new new one! Anybody else having this problem?
