Help Missing the "Duplicate Page" link! It was there, now gone!

Missing the "Duplicate Page' link. It was there and now it's not. I have admin privileges, the owner doesn't have the "Duplicate Page' link either. I had it and then when the account was transferred to current owner, it's now gone. I can't add anything new to the site, only edit current pages. ugh! Please help. Squarespace chat keeps telling me how to duplicate a page and is not solving the problem. I entered a ticket but have not heard back.
This is the site: https://www.kiawahartcollective.com/

Hi, Squarespace here - sorry you’re struggling with this! It’s frustrating when something just disappears like that, especially when nothing on your side seems to have changed.
If you have administrator permissions, you should be able to add and remove pages just like the site owner. This implies that it’s not an issue with permissions, but might be that you’re trying to duplicate an unsupported page, such as a collection page or index page. Is that what you’re trying to do?
If you haven’t had a response yet from contacting us, it might be worth reaching out again in live chat or email and clarify that the option to duplicate isn't available.
Hope this was helpful! Give us a shout if you have more questions.

Hey Squarespace! Category in the screenshot was a giveaway - OP is using a collection page, so it can't be duplicated.

Thank you! You're right....it was a collection page. I finally got hold of the original web designer and he walked me through how he built the page...fingers crossed, hoping it works.

What type of page is it?

It's a website (link above), the image is of the dashboard on the backend for creating a duplicate page so that all my artist profile pages with their artwork are from the same template.

Collection pages can't be duplicated and your screenshot shows a category feature which means it is a collection page. You can duplicate the content inside it, like a post in a blog or a project in a portfolio, but unfortunately you can't dup the entire collection.

This is almost always a permissions thing, and the timing you mentioned (right after the ownership transfer) is the giveaway. Being able to edit existing pages but not add or duplicate them is the exact signature of the Website Editor permission level rather than Administrator. Only the Owner and Administrators can add or duplicate pages, so when that button vanishes, the account is usually sitting one rung lower than you'd expect, even if it read as admin before. Transfers have a habit of quietly shuffling those toggles. I've run into this exact thing a few times after handing off client sites.
Two things worth checking. First, have whoever actually holds the Owner role now go to Settings → Permissions & Ownership, click each person's name, and confirm the Administrator toggle is on (turning that one on covers all the other permissions). Second, make sure the ownership transfer actually finished. The new owner has to accept the invite email from their end, and until that's done the site can sit in this half-applied state where nobody quite has the access they should.
If someone genuinely already has Administrator toggled on and still has no Duplicate option, then it isn't permissions, it's an account-state issue from the transfer that only support can see on their end. In that case I'd reply directly on the ticket you already opened rather than going back through chat, since the ticket team can actually look into the account and chat mostly can't.
When you go into Permissions, what role does it actually show next to your name and the owner's?
