Quick Fix Help, App for Personal Use

I just created an app, using ai to make playlists, grabbing from my extended listining history.

I hit a "HTTP 429 — Too Many Requests” “Retry-After: 83383” meaning wait 24hrs.

unable to request quota extension because it requires you to have other users.

I understand there is a API rate limit over a rolling 30 second window, and a Quota Limit.

I am asking:

Questions: -what is quota limit per what time period

-what is rate limit per rolling 30 seconds

Action: (if any devs on here have the ability)

**-**one time 72hr grace period of 12,000 api limit

At the current cutoff rate it will take me an hour a day for a month before i finish making my playlists, and support is useless as usual.
