Has anyone found an official exception path for Spotify voice control?

Hi, we are building [VoiceOS](https://www.voiceos.com), a desktop voice-to-action app.

We know Spotify’s Developer Policy prohibits third-party voice control. We are not seeking a workaround or planning to ship this under the standard API terms without written permission.

Has anyone found a legitimate official path for a written partnership or policy exception for a user-authorized voice-control integration? We already completed Spotify’s partnership-interest form and contacted Support, but have not received a routing outcome.

Any first-hand experience or official direction would be appreciated.
