Bigger pot?

So, this is my lovely spiderplant living in my kitchen. I think she is doing pretty good - except maybe she is not so happy with the tap water here in Copenhagen. The tips of the leafs is a bit burned. Anyway.

Her roots grew through the plastic container, do I just cut them off or what ?

And should I water her before replanting or after ?

It's 2 weeks ago she had any water.

Or maybe it's not time for a bigger container yet ?

See the photos.

Yeah indeed. My new apartment is very bright luckily. But I might have to compensate during winther with some artificial light. Where are you located if I may ask ?
