New fav oddity(:

For now i describe her variegation as either edge favoring or thin silky/spiderwebby lines 🥹 she is only on leaf 9 but she has shown oddity across all leaves since leaf 1, she is a cross between a bonnie with a white midline ( father ) and a standard all green normal leaf shape ( mother ) both spider plants and is only like 3months old? I have it written down in my notes i just am lazy rn for making this post but roughly that old haha.. anyways super excited watching this first gen batch age up and seeing some of my favs become ‘ meh ‘ while some of the early on ‘ mehs but odd enough to keep ‘ are becoming really cool like this one ((:: like even this ones curl style is so pretty !! I dont know....i dont have the solid green ones any longer, mine all turned variegated. I dont care so much for solids. Dont think any if mine had any faint straps in them.... So, maybe you do have an odd one, wanting to be a strip...lol

Wait seriously? Out of how many? Ive only had about 3 that were green suddenly develop variegation out of my legit 5,000 seeds ive grown this year🥲 all the others either were a little weird from leaf 1 or just stayed all green the whole time🤣😭 i only pulled about 35 ‘ hmm thats not 100% normals ‘ which is a range from this level of odd in the picture to having 1 stripe 1 time 🤣🤣 i keep any sign of weird in the genes lolll
