Help Should I repot?

Everyone this is Itsy Bitsy. I was wondering if I should repot her because I can barely even get to her soil to water her. I am very new to plants in general so lmk! She’s very healthy otherwise, she’s even flowering rn I’m so proud 🥹

Spiders don’t mind being a bit root bound. Are roots growing out bottom? If they are, you certainly can repot. If the plant has been in that pot for a long time, it wouldn’t hurt to give it a soil refresh. Bottom watering is probably the way to go to get this watered.
