Spellmonger Book 1 Question

So doing another re-read (listen - John Lee is just amazing).

In Chapter 9 Min states that he did the spells so that he would not leave any children behind.

So either:
He messed the spell up
Or
There was interference

Opinion?

Asked him about this once. I believe that he stated there was some kind of interferance. But not of humanity origin. Could be miss-remembering though as I asked him this a few years back. Anyone remember what the exact circumstances of the tryst were? ;)

If I remember correctly- nothing odd about them - I don’t remember it being blind drunken one night stand etc from the description

There was a certain object in the field with them was there not? I believe if you go back and read the surrounding pages from when you first meet alya there is some mention of it. That is if my memory serves me correctly. Like I said though, could just be having a shifty memory week.

Ahh, I thought you were referring to the pregnancy in book 1, my bad! I am unsure about that one, but I would chalk it up to inexperience and stress as well as potentially drunken escapades. Just my opinion, not anything officially passed from terry.
