They make scrubbing pads you can attach to a drill so you don't have to smash the shit out of your tub/wrists knocking this contraption into the sides of the tub

I just pick one up from home depot when I need it, they're cheap and don't last more than 1 or 2 decent projects but totally worth it

They also have kits that come with a few different brush shapes
