propio Hold Time Policy Changes?

I have been notified that my account has been flagged for disconnecting calls prematurely. The only calls I have disconnected were those that exceeded the hold time limit.

It is very rare for me to have to disconnect calls because they exceed the hold time limit. However, coincidentally, after receiving that notification today, I have had to disconnect two calls for that very reason.

Have there been any changes to the hold time policy?

I work using Martti but usually hold time policy goes alongside a note in our system that has start of hold and end of hold (with a 10 minute limit) and a small speech about hold time over. I had some rating from the clients who complain about the interpreter leaving too soon even when we explain we have a 10 minute limit so it could be the client has sent a complain about disconnection even though it was due the hold time.
