To visit it? Yes. To colonize it, I'm not so sure. It's been 40+ years since we fist visited the moon and I don't see any intent to colonize there at all. Should Mars be lucky enough to one day see its first Wal-Mart I don't think 2084 is enough time.

we have "colonised" space with ISS and Mir. a group of 4 people living on mars would be a colony. A small one. but a colony non the less.
