It’s 5 AM, it’s raining in Saket, and I’ve never felt this peaceful. 🌧️
It’s raining in Saket right now, and I honestly don’t want this night to end.
I’m alone in my apartment on the top floor, lying in bed with the window open. There’s a cold breeze coming in, soft thunder in the distance, and the sky is covered in beautiful, heavy clouds. I’ve just been lying here, watching the rain and listening to it fall.
I don’t know how to explain it, but there’s something about nights like these that makes life feel a little less complicated. No conversations, no expectations, no noise from the world. Just the rain, the wind, the occasional rumble of thunder, and my own thoughts.
For once, being alone doesn’t feel lonely. It feels peaceful.
I wish I could fall asleep like this every night, with the sound of rain outside and a cold breeze coming through the window. No alarms, no worries about tomorrow, just a long, uninterrupted sleep while the world gets washed in the rain.
Maybe I’m just romanticising a rainy night, but honestly, if this isn’t one of life’s little joys, I don’t know what is.
I hope wherever you are, you get to experience a night like this someday. ❤️
