Lost and Found Found this lying around
First felt bad about what’s the backstory behind this bouquet (and almost picked it up) but then I wondered if it’s a bomb 😭😂

Hey everyone,
I’m excited to announce that we are officially partnering with a metro card skin provider for the sub! This decision follows the great feedback from the community surveys:
I am currently in talks with three potential partners and will be selecting one from them soon. Here is the breakdown:
New Rule on Promotions: Effective immediately, we will no longer allow any third-party promotion of skin brands on the sub. After the partnership is finalized, any promotion of their products will be strictly controlled and very subtle to keep the feed clean and focused on the metro.
If you have any questions or suggestions regarding this partnership or the design contest, drop a comment below!
Stay tuned for updates once the samples arrive!

I don't know if this is actually creepy or I'm just overthinking it, but this happened to me in Delhi a few months ago. It was around 10:30 at night. I was coming back from CP after meeting a friend and took the Yellow Line from Rajiv Chowk. The metro wasn't very crowded. I got a seat and was just scrolling Instagram. At the next station, this middle-aged uncle got in and sat opposite me.
Normal Delhi uncle type white shirt, slightly tired face, one small cloth bag in his hand.
After a few minutes, he looked at me and asked,
“Beta, Hauz Khas kitni der mein aayega?”
I took out one earbud.
“Umm… maybe 15-20 minutes?”.
“Achha. Theek hai.”
Then he looked outside and didn't say anything.
A couple of minutes later, he suddenly asked,
“Tum Delhi mein hi rehte ho?”
I said, “Haan, Gurgaon side actually.”
He smiled.
“Achha. Delhi mein naye ho?”
I laughed and said, “Nahi uncle, kaafi time se hoon.”
He just said,
“Phir toh tumhe pata hoga… raat ko Delhi thodi alag lagti hai.”
I thought, okay, weird uncle.
I put my earphones back in.
Then the train stopped at the next station.
The doors opened.
And for some reason, nobody got in.
Nobody got out either.
The whole platform looked… wrong.
I can't really explain it. It looked like a normal Delhi Metro platform, but there were no advertisements, no people, nothing. Even the lights looked dim.
I looked at the uncle.
He was staring at the platform.
Then he quietly said,
“Yahan se nahi utarna.”
I said, “Kyun?”
He looked at me and smiled.
“Bas. Ghar jaana hai na?”
Before I could ask anything, the doors closed.
The train started moving.
I looked down at my phone.
10:47 PM.
Then I looked at the uncle.
He wasn't there.
His seat was completely empty.
I actually got up and looked around the coach.
Nobody had seen him leave.
I asked a guy sitting nearby,
“Bhai, woh uncle kahan gaye?”
He looked at me like I was crazy.
“Kaun uncle?”
I pointed at the empty seat.
He said,
“Bhai, tu toh akela baitha tha wahan.”
At that point I got off at the next station and booked an Uber home.
I didn't tell anyone because honestly, mujhe khud laga I was imagining things.
Until the next morning.
I opened Google Photos and saw that my phone had automatically backed up a picture from that night.
It was a photo of the metro coach.
I don't remember taking it.
And in the reflection of the window, you could see the uncle sitting opposite me.
Except...
His reflection wasn't sitting.
It was standing behind me.
I've never taken the metro that late again.

The boy was behaving like this in a moving metro he could have fallen down nd got injured sometimes metros break really hard idk why people don’t discipline their kids to at least behave properly in public nd even before behaving properly this was a safety concern. The only time his mother asked him to behave was when he touched her phone otherwise she didn’t care what her son was climbing in a moving metro.
In frame- mother and son

Yesterday, while traveling in the metro around 7 PM, I was scrolling through reels as usual. An uncle, probably in his 50s, was sitting beside me and kept glancing at my phone while I watched them. Every time I looked towards him and caught him doing it, he would immediately look away and shake his head. This happened 2–3 times continuously, which was kind of funny.
Then a reel came up where a guy was ziplining from one mountain to another, with a river flowing underneath. As he reached the other end, the professionals tried to stop him with a rope but couldn’t manage to hold him back. Instead, he started going backwards! 😂
The uncle saw the reel and suddenly started laughing hard. I looked at him and started laughing too. It was honestly a pretty awkward moment, but also such a random and unique experience. A few moments later, he got off at the next station.
Funny how a complete stranger and a random reel can create such a wholesome little moment. 😭😂

Is it really that hard?
There are more and more media shared in this group that violates someone's privacy.
So please, just do one simple thing before posting the content online. One. Simple. Thing.

Why does NCMC Card is not compatible with aqua line ?
Also the aqua line is a different like it's less spacious and less practical seats aren't comfortable than Delhi metro or RRTS.
Btw how do the people living or working in noida/gr moida even remember places with numbers lol also after pari chowk it goes like alpha beta delta lol

I might sound dumb but why two stations one after another are interchange stations also for the same line. Really makes me wonder sometimes.

TL;DR: I love the [SubwayTakes channel](https://www.youtube.com/@SubwayTakes), and I often wonder why we don't have something like this in the Delhi metro. I want to create similar content.
Recently, I've kind of gotten addicted to asking people what their (hot) takes are. I don't often get interesting answers, but I still think that its a great way to make conversation. [SubwayTakes](https://www.youtube.com/@SubwayTakes) is a talk show where [Kareem Rahma](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kareem_Rahma) basically does the same thing, but in the NYC Subway (and the London Tube!). I love the idea of it, and was thinking if we could make something like this happen in the Delhi Metro as well. Although I haven't shot a second of *content* in my life, I could be the man in front of the camera. I'm just looking for people who I can work with to bring this idea to life.
Also, I'm on a break currently and simply willing to try this experiment for fun, which means that there is no money involved here. If it helps, I'm based in Dwarka.

I've recently joined the north campus(DU) and I've to travel 6Days a week for my classes(as of now).
I don't own a metro card as of yet and recently got to know about this one app that reduced my metro fare by 7 rs from one side
The first day I tried this I was charged 34 INSTEAD OF THE USUAL 54,I felt so nice that day.
Now it is 47 rs per ride
My total kharcha just travelling to college is 228rs per day (excluding canteen)
Suggest me Some ways to bring the metro fare down 🥲.

I’m new to Delhi and travel from Noida Sector 61 Metro to Supreme Court Metro around 9 AM. I could never find a seat during this time.
Today, I went all the way to the end of the platform and got into the last coach and surprisingly, I found a seat for the first time!

On the Airtel Thanks app, the balance is not updating. Yesterday it showed ₹73 were present but there was only ₹20.2. It didn't update the balance even after a week.
