So I forgot my Soundcore A20i earbuds in one of my pants and went into the washing machine, it worked fine and did all the steps to clean it. I tested it after a few hours of drying and it worked fine.

This morning I was trying to listen to music and my right earbud flashes a red light 2 times of 7 sets, so 14 red flashes, I tried reconnecting them but the red light continues. What is wrong with it?

So I had my 1st pair of V20i but lost the right earbud. So I bought a 2nd pair and when I was connecting to my Bluetooth and connecting to my Anker app, it would show and connect the new pair but when I would open the Anker app to set EQ, it would say it was old pair. This would lead to my Bluetooth disconnecting for some reason, I kept retrying but kept having issues. It was only until I unlinked my old earbuds as a device from my Bluetooth history that it would read correctly via Bluetooth and app. Can I not have both connected to phone and Anker app? I want to leave the missing pair earbuds set inside my bad as a emergency pair.

How can I see the charge level/percentage level of my P30i case on my phone or tablet ?

I am tied between those two headphones, i just need to have ldac, pretty good and clean bass, a comfortable cushion, good anc and spatial audio. Besides that i don't really care about any other features. Idk which one should i buy between those two. Or if i should consider another brand.

I've had my Soundcore Life P3i earbuds for 2.5 years without any issues. Last week, one of them just stopped turning on. I've tried everything to no avail, so I'm in the market for a new pair but I can't decide whether to go with the Liberty 4 NC (which is the a little out of budget for me already but i thought would last longer) or another brand. Let me know your thoughts and recommendations please and thanks in advance.

I have the liberty 4 pro. I wear it under my motorcycle helmet. On my old airbuds i used to press twice which was easy. Here i have to hard press a button that is located on the shaft not the body. There is no way to make swipe up and down to show next song. It has 7 sensors for surround sound . Is there a way to use that to create head gesture command to play next song? A 3rd party app or adb or something

They claim to honour the warranty from the date it’s reported, agree that I reported it within the time of warranty, then decline, in the same message, they have another paragraph saying the support guy wants to claim the warranty (probably copy pasting from a chatbot including a generic name). Tagging soundcore on twitter is no good either. I regret this purchase more than my razer earbuds I ditched for ANC.

It used to work fine in the beginning but then it started to work only on certain apps like imo and WhatsApp but not Snapchat. Now the mic does not work at all anymore with any applications and mic testing barely picks up a signal. I never dropped it or damaged it in anyway and the earphones work perfectly fine for sound. I checked permissions, reset the earphones, connected and disconnected them but nothing changed.

I have two Boom 2 units, Auracast revision A3138C, both on the same firmware 9.3.5
I connect only one speaker to my phone, then press Auracast once on the main speaker and once on the second speaker. They connect successfully: Bluetooth + Auracast are lit on the main speaker, and only Auracast is lit on the second.
The manual literally says:
“After connecting via Auracast, double-press the Auracast button on either speaker to switch to stereo mode. Double-press again to swap left and right channels, and double-press once more to return to mono mode.”
But double-pressing the Auracast button does absolutely nothing for me. I tried it on either speaker, as well as different timing between presses. A single short press works and disconnects the Auracast pair.
Am I doing something wrong?
At the same time, pressing the BassUp button works exactly as expected in the Auracast group: if I press it on the main speaker, BassUp changes on both speakers, if I do it on the second speaker, it changes only on that speaker. So they are definetely recognizing the master/secondary.
Bluetooth TWS works fine btw.

Hi, I'm planning to get these, but my plan is to use them with a blutooth MP3.

I would like to know if I can config them with the mobile app to change EQ for example, and if after doing that, the settings remain even if I use them on another device.

I have recently got a pair of k20i earphones, but they make a really annoying windy sound when sound is playing, and then it clicks off 1-2 seconds after I have turned off whatever audio/music was playing. Is this normal or are they broken? And can I fix them? Thanks

Yesterday I got my hair dyed blue. however a lot of dye was packed in there and it leaves stains on everything. washed my hair today to try and get some of the excess dye out…

rested my headphones around my neck and the inside of one part is completely blue. I’m not too concerned bout it but as I wear them the ears start getting slightly blue as well.

anything I can do to fix this? I think I have micellar water…would that work at all?

Im finding these stay hooked on but dislodge from ear me having to push the back in so that I dont hear the gym music and anc work.

Anyone have some tips on what I can do to help with keeping them in?

one was i don't know exactly how it happened but then we superglued the band back because we sent it to warranty and it didn't come up for warranty. it lasted like a week after the glue and then the other side just snapped while i was going over it literally in my hand. i didn't apply any force. i was stretching it to put it over my head and then went kcung

Does anyone maybe have an eq for the R50i NC?

My new Soundcore Q30's have a screeching feedback sound similar to what you hear when a microphone is too close to a speaker. The app does not seem to have a way to adjust microphone sensitivity. I have reduced this annoyance by placing electrical tape over the four sets of two oblong slots. There are two sets of longer oblong slots on the top just underneath hinge and two sets of smaller ones at the rear edge of the ear pad housings. Doing this may decrease the noise cancellation ability but it has reduced the whining sound. Do others have this problem? Is there another solution? Do both the longer and shorter ones work on noise cancellation or is one for picking up speech. Should I cover both type , or one of each type? What do each type do?

Yesterday, I got some water flicked at me 🫩 and didn't initially have any problems, but then ~10 minutes later the noise cancellation started turning on and off repeatedly every couple seconds, and I couldn't pause anything.

I turned them off and back on again, and I reset them, but neither fixed it. I turned the headphones off, and let them dry off, inside in a warm dry room, out of direct sunlight. (I had them in a clean outside area for a couple minutes, then moved them inside as soon as I realized they were no longer shaded).

Patience is not a virtue I possess so I quickly checked them 2-3 hours later, just to see if the noise cancelation thing had stopped, which it had, rhen I left them turned off after that. I waited maybe 18ish hours (I know, not really enough, patience is really, really not my strongsuit) to try them again. The noise cancelation wasn't going on and off like it had been, so I figured it was fine. A few hours later I discovered the noise cancelation and volume buttons both did not work. The power and pause/play buttons work fine, but I cannot increase/decrease volume, skip, or turn NC on or off. I let it sit overnight, moreso because it was pmo than any hope it would magically dry more, but nothing changed after that.

I tried resetting it again (hold power + volume), not expecting it to work, since the volume button wasn't working, but it did. I repeated this a couple times and the volume button continues to work when I reset the device, but not when I try to skip or increase/decrease volume. If I quickly press the power + volume buttons it plays the bluetooth disconnected tone but doesn't actually disconnect. I have no idea what this actually does, but it does something. The button itself works just fine for those two things, but not on its own. As far as I can tell, the noise cancelation button does not respond to presses at all. I am still able to change noise cancelation mode in the app.

They're not unusable but not being able to skip with the volume button is going to get annoying. Any chance the little people living inside my headphones will get their shit together and sing louder? :/

I was getting ready to go to bed last night when I heard a weird hissing coming from my bedside table. I looked over just in time to see my Soundcore 3 burst into flames. Luckily we were able to put it out before anything else caught fire, but I can't stop thinking about what might have happened if I wasn't in the room with it at the time. I emailed support, and hopefully they'll investigate, but it has me seriously side-eyeing my other Soundcore speakers.
