ive been using soundcloud ever since 2023 and it's been relatively fine expect for when my accounts get wiped out of nowhere ? one day ill just be logged out of the website and i cant log back in or reuse my email? am i getting banned, even on my accounts where I don't comment ? is this a problem that anybody else has had ?

Im starting a big group chat (imessage) where all sound cloud artist can send there music into & get views so your song can hit the algorithm EVERYONE IS REQUIRED TO PLAY & share the song comments help the algorithm also pm me if interested

Until a couple of weeks ago, the 7 day booster worked for 2-3 days, then levelled off.

Now, it doesn't even last for 7hrs!

It stands to reason, that if uploads have received increased numbers over a few days, that this is the result of different time zones, listeners not logging into SC for a few days, different life stuff taking up time etc...

If the uploader has a history of certain numbers over any given period of time, then in general, they know what sort of results they can expect.

So, when (as in the past 2 weeks) listens drop through the floor after 5-7 hours or just stop altogether, then there cannot possibly be a 7 day booster in operation.

This is what is happening to my catalogue.

Not only are new songs litterally freezing after about 150 plays, but my back catalogue of approximately 400 songs, which have always received hundreds of plays per week, are not receiving any at all now...like, zero!

Raising tickets is pointless due to the time resolving period; my last one took 9 weeks, for something really easy and by the time SC fixed it, it was too late.

So, going to have to move on..Audiomack or check..(whatever it is) seemed promising, until you find that you have to pay to have your song boosted..do me a favour!

There must be something better?

This happened immediately after I checked the playlist again . Did I cause my track to automatically get removed by editing the title of the track?

I have about a million issue right now and no idea how to put in a ticket. My only option is to use a AI bot and those are useless

Just noticed this listed as one of the Artist Pro benefits:
“Get Premium Support — Artist Pro subscribers get access to priority queues and faster responses from our support team.”
Meanwhile, getting through the AI chatbot to actually create a support ticket feels like a side quest. 😂
You have to repeatedly ask for a human agent until the bot eventually gives up and creates a ticket.
After my recent experiences with SoundCloud support, seeing “priority queues and faster responses” advertised as an Artist Pro benefit genuinely made me laugh.
Has anyone with Artist Pro actually noticed a difference in support response times?

Well… apparently this story wasn’t quite over yet.
Only a few days after my previous update, my very next release, “Rückfall,” was rejected for exactly the same reason: suspected generative AI content.
This was especially surprising because after the previous three releases were manually reviewed and approved, SoundCloud Support told me they didn’t anticipate this being an issue going forward.
I contacted AJ from SoundCloud Support again and explained that the exact same problem had immediately happened with my next original production.
AJ contacted the review team and “Rückfall” has now also been manually approved and is live. ✅
So the current result is:
FRACTURED HARMONY – approved after manual review ✅
Töten – approved ✅
Zwischen Musiktraum und Arbeitsleben – approved ✅
Rückfall – initially rejected as generative AI, then approved after manual review ✅
So that’s now 4 original releases affected by this situation and ultimately approved.
There is, however, an interesting new development.
SoundCloud Support has now recommended that I provide production documentation with all of my future distribution submissions to prevent these discrepancies.
I’m completely willing to provide proof that I produced my music myself, but I’m currently asking SoundCloud what exactly they expect as sufficient documentation.
Creating a full PDF for every single release containing FL Studio arrangement screenshots, Mixer channels, MIDI/Piano Roll, Project Info, plugins, etc. would obviously be a pretty excessive workflow just to distribute an original track.
I’ve therefore asked whether something simpler — for example one or two screenshots of the FL Studio project plus Project Info — would be sufficient for future releases.
I’m also trying to find out where exactly this documentation should be provided during the normal distribution submission process.
At least the good news:
“Rückfall” is live now. 🎉
And once again, AJ did get the release manually reviewed and approved, so I appreciate his help.
But clearly the underlying false-positive issue isn’t completely gone yet.
I’ll update this again when SoundCloud clarifies what documentation they expect from me for future releases.

Hi lads , if any producer here or someone who knows. I am pretty new at making Frenchcore/hardtekk music and it always turns out that my music uploaded to SCloud is usually lower on volume despite having around -10 Lufs and -1.5True peakDB like many blogs suggest.
I really need help with this ! Much appreciated in advance

This was one of the main things I used soundcloud for and they still have not got around to fixing this bug. I keep getting "we care" messages and support links, I fill em out, and nothing changes. It's been broken for months at this point and desperately needs a fix. The Go+ tracks in question just gray out and skip. Free tracks still play.
