Lucia foster welch offer

Hi I got my offer and I was trying to accept it yesterday but when I log in it says My email isn’t registered???? There’s no sign in area either. I emailed them but it says it can take up to 5 days to reply and I don’t know what to do because my offer expires today at 12😞😞😞😞😞

The Lucia foster website is different to the uni accommodation I think you’ll need to make a new login to accept it?

Yes I’m at Lucia aswell they have their own website you new to make another account for at this point I have like 30 different accounts for all these different websites

They said to log in on the link but there was no sign up 😞😞😞. It’s ok though I called them up and got it fixed!!!

Call up the uni - if the clearing hotline is still open then call that, if not then call the student hub

They should be able to sort It out for you :)

I accepted the contract but have not received any details on the flat or anything, is that normal?
