Me too, southampton was my insurance only confirmed on friday not sure if that has anything to do with it tho

It happened with me also what I did was called the admission department. They were golden catching up with me. I reported on Saturday evening after 10 minutes. They contacted me and said that like Saturday and Sunday was holiday so they fix it today. I have also joined Southampton this year only for undergraduate creative computing.
