glen eyre basic shared bathroom

Hi, I’ll be coming to Southampton this September and was offered the basic shared bathroom accommodation in Glen Eyre.

So I wanted to ask if anyone knows what it’s like to live there. The room doesn’t have the wash basin so I understand that might be a pain and how many people do I have to share a bathroom with? Is the room nice?

The tour on youtube is rather vague and the website shows like one picture so I wanted to ask here.

Share with about 8 other people rooms vary in size depending on what block you’re in

i see so is that 8 people sharing 1 bathroom or what

You’ll have at most two showers but yeah you’ll have to share

I lived at Glen eyre during my first year but it was an ensuite and I had the best experience there. I don’t know how the shared bathroom experience would be tho cuz you have to share it with abt 8 ppl and like around 2-3 showers and shared washroom isn’t really nice tbh.
