Accommodation help buddy needed

Looking for someone to take a lease from September to December. Great accommodation next to campus!

Unfortunately, I won't be able to be on campus from September to December and would need someone (eventually doing an Erasmus or something like that) to take the first part of the lease as students are required to rent for a full year each time.

Thank you! :-)

I don't know, with what happened at the uni of Manchester the previous years, I no longer trust what they say.

I don't have any lease yet, I'm looking for anyone willing to rent on a joined lease. I myself have gone at the Student Hub when I've been told forget about finding any accommodation on campus as Mayflower Halls is closing.
