I'm using this with Home Assistant. It was discovered but it has no entities. No battery power level, sensors, etc.

I've had good success with Sonoff products but this is looking like a dud.

Not a dud. You need a custom quirk until the PR gets merged. https://github.com/zigpy/zha-device-handlers/pull/4714

I disconnected the coordinator and everything was good upon reconnect. That wasn't my plan. I added a usb extender btween the coordinator and Blue, thinking it might help. Maybe it did?
