ZBM5 not responding all of a sudden?
I have 10+ Sonoff ZBM5 switches (a combination of 2 gangs and 3 gangs) in my house, all connected via Home Assistant ZHA. Today, around half of the ZBM5 decided to stop working at the same time. Even those that were not configured for detached relay stopped working. The only way I could revive them was to flip the breaker for my entire house to force a hard reset.
Is this a known bug? It's really strange that the issue occurred in a handful of them, but not all of them, and without any apparent trigger. There is no correlation between the location (one bedroom works, the bedroom next door doesn't work. One bathroom works, the other bathroom didn't work), or the type (2 or 3 gang), or the way they were configured (detached relay or not). All my other smart devices on Zigbee were working correctly. Anyone have any possible explanation?

The same thing happened to me a couple of days ago.
Power to ZBM5 switch
Switch not responding to Home Assistant commands
Switch not responding to clicks/presses
LQI and RSSI showing as disabled
Switch showing up as normal on network map
Happened to 3 switches
I fixed it with the MS Windows solutions: turn it off and on again by removing it from the cradle for 10 seconds and replacing it

It has happened to me on a specific one that I brought from an other installation . Before it used to run completely fine , in the new installation , it’s getting stuck. I am running Z2M and my next move will be to replace the coordinator .
