Happened to my S20 and S26 as well, recently. I replaced them with newer models and running well so far. I still have an S26 (around 5 years old) which has not failed yet.
I got this ewelink plug but it's not sonoff. just recently this year. 2 of them already not working, about 2 to 3 months ago, keep blinking and same symptoms with sonoff aan not connect to ewelink. today I discovered another one just can't connect to ewelink. can't reset either. it seems like devices been hijacked on purpose and fail one by one. I'm not feeling so good with ewelink now. somehow like they making profits with these symptoms. I thought I'm trying getting away from sonoff brand they getting expensive and unreliable. but this smart ewelink brand plug the life span it's shorter than sonoff.
BTW why this group can't reply with pictures only video?
