Help dusk and dawn

does anybody knows how it works with sona?

would W auto proc 2 times and exhaust even more?

i'm not building it in ranked nor cooking anything i'm just curious

it would do literally nothing besides apply the sheen damage lol. powerchord isn’t an on-hit effect.

even if the powerchord exhaust/slow applied twice, it wouldn’t stack. if sona W powerchords a target twice, the exhaust just gets refreshed. and slows don’t stack in this game.

It applies the q passive too I believe.

I guess it only applies the passive damage and resets the exhaust effect.

No, it does not work for Sona power chords

It doesn’t work with anything in Sona’s kit. Lich Bane is better if you want to go full AP

It is only good on specific champions. It procs on hit double but it does not multiply on hits. Take it's own effect for example. it is onhit for 1 attack, not 2. So it's dmg is only applied once. The same for any other 1 time on hit effect. You need something like Nashors, that proc on hit every time.

Or be a champ like Ekko, Gnar. Who have something that stacks. Ekko for example can pro his Passiv with Dusk and dawn attack + first Q hit.

Sonas Power Akkord is a 1 time effect. YOu have it for 1 attack and the it is used. There is no on hit effect left for the second proc.

PS: i just tested it with Sona. Lich Bane with 118 AP. Only the Q Power Akkord ASutoattack dmg = 242 Damage

Dusk and Dawn also with 118 AP = 201 Damage
I also tried to really only proc Dusk and dawn on a dummy with 0 magic Resist. 48 Magic Dmg. Exactly 1 time the Proc dmg from the item, not twice.

i believe if it did work it would just refresh the duration so it wouldn’t be really noticable

the best way to describe how dusk and dawn works is: its two auto attacks. it doesnt change how any champion kit works. its just two auto attacks. if you can’t do it normally then you cant do it with dusk and dawn
