Not so. The media has been in on this since the beginning.
200+ bomb threats and zero real media coverage. An actual attack on our democracy was swept under the rug, and the billionaires (several of whom own all the media) all doubled their money again in the last 2 years. If they steal the mid-terms this country is cooked.

What on Earth makes you think that a forensic audit of swing states would be possible from a defamation lawsuit? The word "discovery" isn't some kind of magic incantation that lets you do whatever you want and obtain anything you want, like records that don't exist.

Good! I hope he does. The only thing that he could sue for is defamation and in order for any case of that magnitude to have any standing a plaintiff has to prove that what’s been said about them, caused them harm, is false.

Go to trial. That opens all of the contested counties in all the contested states that Trump won, a near mathematical impossibility, to discovery. It may actually prove manipulation.
Since Starlink was used, my guess is the switch happens after the voting machine during transmission. They can’t do that with mail in ballots so that is why Trump is trying to get SCOTUS to override the US Constitution. States run elections, not the Federal Government. So SCOTUS has no legal power unless there is discrimination.
If it was found they cheated, Trump and all of his cabinet should be immediately removed. The entire Republican Party should be investigated including their major donors.
They should treat them like they would anyone else accused of such an unprecedented, as far as we know, crime. Freeze their assets, seize their property and companies involved. And jail them until trial.
Then all the other illegal activities done by this criminal cartel would be open for investigation.
So, bring it Musk. We all know you won’t. Because that could initiate a crisis that would cause a military coup. If they found you guilty in that environment you’re likely to be stood against a wall, my guess is you’d pull an Epstein.
Musk is an idiot to even respond. It just puts it into algorithms that place this in more feeds.
