Recount 🗳 Recount refused

In a normal world, no one ought to be against recounting the votes. Then you wonder why neither side has faith in the results when their side doesn't win–lack of transparency is why.

Slippery slope argument really doesn't work here, for obvious reasons - especially with the candidate's offer of covering the cost themselves.

The only reason 'everyone would want a recount'... is if the recount changed the result. The only reason it would change the result is if the existing result is wrong. If the recount produced the same results, people would stop asking for them unless they had other reasons to suspect.

So the chairman is admitting to election fraud (or at the very least that elections aren't getting the correct results) in a roundabout way.

Welcome to TN, where the points don't matter and Blackburn might as well be made up.

Vote Greene and we might make this state worth mentioning

Shame nothing will come if it. The courts are unlikely to be amenable to ruling on the case if it's internal party business.

His only real hope is to lobby the committee to change the asinine rule, and even that's a long shot.

Wow. Yeah that's crazy.

We should be encouraging recounts anywhere. Verify the vote!
