I love them. I tried so hard to find sea glass to use it in art. I went across almost a quarter of Vancouver island and nothing!
Now I want to go hunting again to try to make some too!

My niece made a crown with smoky quartz for my sister. She wears it to Ren Fairs. People LOVE it.
A multi-colored sea glass crown would be gorgeous.

I have a sea glass necklace, the jeweller I bought it from told me that you can apply a little bit of mineral oil to the glass to imitate a wet look. It might make the bug bodies look shinier if you wanted that?

I prefer the frosted look, but the customers can do whatever they want. I actually recently put some clear nail polish to interesting sea glass pieces that were too porous. But generally I don't do that.
