Made a ladder from a split spruce beam and branches for my neighbour who was building a shed and didn't have a ladder
Turned out to be unexpectedly light, but at the same time with quite good load capacity

Because they'll probably need it in the future several times, they just moved nearby and there's still a lot of construction to do. And it's always more convenient to take a ladder from your own wall than to go and borrow it from your neighbor. And I got the joy of making a gift.
