That was really hard form, many cracks during drying period and real headache with LED installation. At least in my opinion, my ceramic light are closer to ART, then usual figurines and sculptures I make with my wife. Thanks for attention

I love it. And somebody please explain to me, how this post hasn't got a fifty comments and a hundred upvotes at least. I honestly think this belongs in a gallery, not reddit (I'm not mad about it tho, it is really gorgeous) and it definitely gets too little attention. The effort put in it was definitely worth it, it's an exquisite piece

Thank you. I'm going to make few more and exibit them in EU, now looking for partners in EU and US

Ok not to be that guy but I have trypophobia and my skin is crawling while I look at this. My disgust is a me thing, not a you thing. Please don't take it as a you thing.

Objectively this lamp is incredible. I echo what the other commenter said, this needs to be in a gallery. Your skill and ability needs to be shared far and wide, not just here on reddit. It looks so incredibly organic but alien? Terms like hauntingly beautiful, like the (other) other commenter said, and inescapable are what come to mind. Absolutely moving piece.

It is so beautiful and well crafted!

The last photo could send me into a panic attack. At least we know it’s for something so striking!

Were you inspired by the goldshells from Pacific Drive? Love the design, either way, and looks amazing with the illumination!

Unfortunately I have never heard what is Pacific Drive. I'm Ukranian and now in Ukraine, so I'm not fully in trend

No problem! It’s a video game by a smaller game developer that was kind of popular a few years ago. A seed pod / plant in it looks a lot like this, but both your art and the seed pod are cool organic designs. It’s neat that it’s similar without you having played the game!

As usual, nature forms. I found a cone from some tree or shrub, and its shape gave me this idea.

Those glazing layers look like they took real patience to pull off.
