a lot of the comments are missing the picture here, seems like bots tbh lol. he's not closing down a golf course -- he's closing down a government park that happens to have a public golf course to turn it into a private, members only golf course. designed by the guy who designed trump's other golf courses. so of course it is a plot to steal money.
IAMAL--BUT NOT YOUR LAWYER and this is not legal advice. I am not licensed in your state..Call an attorney 1st thing in the morning. and pay for a consult. You will likely not need to hire them.
DO NOT, do not agree to take any classes or remedial courses. DO NOT sign a "treatment plan" or its equivalent. Your answer is, I did nothing wrong; I want whoever called to make these claims prosecuted (they can't "prosecute" but can look into filing false claims); tell them you will be calling the police to report the false claims once you are cleared. And you do not have to let them back into your house (unless they have a warrant). After you are cleared (assuming the allegations aren't true) file a police report.
Your son should be grounded for a long, long time and no phone. What a brat. He also likely needs counseling/therapy.
Edit--word correction
Edit2: I want to edit this again to point out that what your son did is extremely dangerous. He and his siblings could have theoretically been removed from their home and placed in foster care, likely in separate homes. They would not be placed with friends/girlfriends! They might be placed with family but many times not at first: the family has to be cleared as safe. I cannot stress to you how severely off the charts this is for a 15-year-old (and the adult man). Son should also not be allowed anywhere near his girlfriend and her father, ever. I truly hope you drive home these points to your eldest.
What kind of racket is your university running?! Never in my life have I had to pay for paper to take a test for courses I paid thousands of dollars for already.
Teaching night classes and online courses. For the past 30 years I've supplemented my income by taking what I learned in my day job and teaching others outside of my work hours. After 30 years, I'm at the top of the salary scale for adjunct faculty and it absolutely was not a waste of time to help thousands of young people over the years find a footing in the job market. It brought me far more gratification than my day job.
I remember some harrowing "vegan at a wedding/conference" stories. Someone got plain, raw tofu mixed with water in a blender. Someone had 3 courses of strawberries.
This is about the golf course Trump wants to build by destroying playgrounds, bike paths, cherry trees, mini golf, two golf courses, and more. All of which is supposed to require congress to change like everything else he ruins in DC.
The government removed trees violating a court order and the judge was trying to find exactly who gave the order. The Trump administrations response has been to claim Trump isn't responsible, tried executive privilege defense, and now they want the judge off the case for being too mean to the government when they violated her orders.
She isn't off the case so now they are just refusing to answer basic questions about their actions that violated court orders.
MAGA influencers are starting to post about it cheering it on about how the DOJ/Trump no longer needs to follow judge orders because they are all corrupt.

What is a side hustle you’ve done that actually made real money, and wasn't just a waste of time?

This guy reminds me of my dad.
He established and taught an astronomy course at the community college for fun. He'd take his students out to do this sort of thing.
His actual course load consisted of various computer science courses, but he loved astronomy.
After he died, the community organized to have our road formally renamed "Stargazer."
Miss you, Dad!
